Exemplary communication is key to a smooth and functioning modern workplace. The aim of this group is to share knowledge between Water Action Platform members on modern communication's many challenges and solutions. A key theme to be explored will be the operational challenges utilities should consider going forward, especially in relation to the further shift from traditional forms of communication to more digital and automated forms. How companies communicate policy and regulatory changes, mitigate the risks of future crises, and plan for the future are additional themes that will be explored.
